Refund and Return Policy

Our Commitment At Happy Kids Galore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date you receive the last item in your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Please note the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised items, sealed goods that have been opened, or digital products that have been accessed.

Return Shipping Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions including the return address. As we work with multiple suppliers, return addresses may vary depending on the product. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

Return postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations You may cancel an unfulfilled order by logging in to your account and submitting a cancellation request. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please use the returns process instead.
